The standard color of our Digital Production Color Presses is already 20% greater than that of offset four-color printing. The inteligent colour solution of nexpress adds a red, green, or blue dry ink, increasing this expanded gamut an additional 16 to 22%. The machine also allows Pantone PMS & Geo Matching.

Variable Data Printing allows us to customize every deliverable across all products & applications with the desired variable data e.g. Names, Addresses, images etc. This process is undertaken directly by the designated hi-output software.

Clear coat gives you the option of distinctive, inline watermarking for added security, authentication and visual appeal. A flood coat also adds durability to pieces such as direct mail.

Glossing starts with the same Clear coat which after running through the glossing Unit, transforms from a satin finish to a high gloss finish, giving the ultimate punch to your image.

Dimensional coating allows you to provide selective text and images a raised or 3D effect that can help communications stand out in a design. Dimensional Printing takes place inline, maintaining press productivity while creating high-impact results that grab a reader’s attention.

The award-winning technology of our KODAK Digital Offset (NEXPRESS S3000) press lets us print for much more than the regular 4 colours. You can add A FIFTH COLOR with 3-dimensional finish! It can also allow stimulation of, SPOT COLORS, Print - WATERMARKS, MICR secure prints, PROTECTIVE COATINGS and environmentally-friendly glossing. This ensures our clients enjoy quality and speed for all their printing needs – simple or complex

What’s more, this technology supports printing on a stunningly wide range of over 800 unique substrates.

In addition, we also house a high speed black and white engine – the KODAK DIGIMASTER 9110. This engine gives rich black and white printing capabilities for speed economy and quality, especially for applications such as transaction printing, publishing and instruction manuals.
